I just got an email from the office of Assemblymember Tom Ammiano that he’ll be hosting an open house at his office downtown and listen to people’s concerns about the budget. Assemblymember Ammiano is of course one of the few elected officials who’s actually had to rely on MUNI, failwhales and all, in his day to day life in office.
